We are looking for youth who would be interested in completing an anonymous on line survey regarding their experience with foster care and Child and Family Teams. The information shared will be used to support curriculum development for Child and Family Team training for the Division of Social Services. Let us hear what you think would make Child and Family Teams a useful process to support youth leaving foster care or making plans to leave foster care.
